VIP EXPERIENCE
This year's adult only VIP experience will be like no other, get right into the thick of the action and enjoy being treated like a rockstar, this year's adult only space will be bigger, better, and more fun guaranteed.
VIP tickets include separate queuing for fast track entry, a drink and food voucher (beer, wine, spirit and mixer), Soul Town merchandise, private bar, luxury toilets, makeup bar, prime stage viewing area at both stages and more..
POP-UP BARS
We are also working alongside some of the best drinks companies to create some one of a kind bars experiences which not only taste amazing but also bring something a little different to the customers. We have the pimms bus which has a terrace on the top deck, a premium gin garden and cocktail beach, plus many more exciting drinks for everyone.
TASTY TREATS
Our food offering is our pride and joy. We have spent weeks over the last 5 years going to other events and street food markets to hand pick over 40 of the finest food traders to provide a whole host of different cuisines from around the world. Every stall has been hand selected as the best from each place we have visited. From Caribbean food, wood fire pizzas, vegan wings and more.

WHAT’S NEW FOR 2023
As we aim to make sure we deliver the best event to date, we try to take on board all of the feedback and learnings from our customers from past events. Below are some of the improvements for this year.
2023 is going to be our biggest line up to date. So with a bigger line up we have an even larger site, 2023 will see the launch of the Stage 2 VIP experience.
Plus our newly improved food village will be boasting over 40 street food stalls serving a whole host of tasty treats. There will be amazing music across two spectacular stages with immersive light, sound and visual shows, as well as special VIP areas.

We want to thank everyone who has supported us and continue to do so, it means so much to us. We aren’t a huge corporation, just a small team with a dream to bring the biggest and best US and British Soul artists to the local Beckenham community.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• The gates will open at 12pm. The artists are not to be missed, please arrive promptly so not to miss out! Last Entry will be 6pm
• You will not be permitted to bring your own alcohol, chairs, blankets or food into the event.
• The Festival is over 18’s ONLY, and anyone attending under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult.
• There will be security and a search policy will be operated on entry to the festival arena so please allow plenty of time.
• No Re-entry & Security: Our policy states that there will be no re-entry to the festival unless there is an emergency or special circumstances.
• We are advising our guests to bring everything into the festival that they need for the day including any required clothing.
• Please note that there will be security checks at the entry to the festival so allow time for entry.
• The Festival is adults only and starts at 12pm and ends at 10pm
